1. Copyrights Complaints

Following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable law, LiteBrowser has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, and in LiteBrowser' sole discretion, users who are repeat infringers. LiteBrowser may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to the Services if you infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

2. DMCA Notice

If you believe that anything on the Services infringes upon any copyright which you own or control, you may file a notification of such infringement with our Designated Agent as set forth below.

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notification may be IGNORED if it does not include at least the following

  • Provide your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed;
  • Identify the item that you think is infringing your work and include sufficient information about where the material is located so that we can find it;
  • Provide us with a way to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, or email;
  • Provide a statement that you believe in good faith that the item you have identified as infringing is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law to be used in connection with the services; and
  • Provide a statement that the information you provide in your notice is accurate, and that (under penalty of perjury) you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner whose work is being infringed.

You must not knowingly misrepresent your information that the Material is infringing when it is not. You will be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, incurred by us or the alleged infringer as the result of our relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the Material or activity claimed to be infringing.
